Aim of The Course
-The participant will gain an understanding of the ISO 15189 and IQAC requirements as well as the benefits through discussion, interactive exercises, and lecture.
-The participant will gain how to Identify Documents and Records required by the Standard , Implement actionable clauses & Design and apply a risk management system;
– The participant will gain how to differentiate between corrections and corrective actions; Implement steps for carrying out effective cause analysis; Select from and apply various tools that support cause analysis & Implement and monitor appropriate corrective actions.
