DrillSIM:20 simulator now available
Drilling Systems is offering a highly cost-effective means of delivering well control training to IADC and IWCF accreditation standards.
DrillSIM:20 supports theoretical study with a realistic hands-on training experience. The simulator includes interactive remote choke and drilling controls consoles, a student touchscreen PC and an instructor laptop.
The screens display graphical on-screen representations of additional controls and instrumentation as well as schematic views of the rig floor and downhole views. The downhole view provides a dynamic 3D graphic visualisation of the actions taking place down a well throughout a wide range of drilling and well control exercises which can be developed and run on the DrillSIM:20.
